Hey everyone. The new year is here and I am on a mission to continue to create reasons to celebrate, everyday…especially with my family. So, for a bit of a twist, I am planning on throwing my family (and by family, I mean just me, my husband, and the kids) a fun little Mardi Gras celebration dinner. Because really…why not! If all goes well, maybe it will be our tradition! Head over to Organize & Decorate Everything and see what I have up my sleeve. And once February 17 passes, check back and see how I pulled it off!
It is never too early to start thinking about healthy habits. We are only a couple weeks away from the New Year and I am sure with that comes some health-related resolutions. Why not enroll the support and company of some of your closest friends and family on your journey?
Today you can find me over at Organize & Decorate Everything, sharing some party inspiration and free party printables for a Healthy New Year party. There you will find some healthy menu ideas, goody bag suggestions, and downloads for your invitations and gift tags! Go check it out, plan your very own New Year, New You celebration, and get a great start off to your New Year resolutions!
I am super duper excited to be sharing this glamorous DIY over at Somewhat Simple today because 1: I finally feel like I am able to wrap my head around life a little bit to post more often; and 2: This is the first Christmas project I have done this season. It is a bit early for me, I admit…I usually don’t get into the Christmas Spirit until Thanksgiving is over. But it was too pretty not to make and share as soon as possible! Let’s not forget also that my spray-painting “season” is dwindling.
SO, friends…head over to Somewhat Simple and check out this fun Metallic & Mod Christmas Luminary tutorial!
Hey everyone. I am over at Somewhat Simple today, sharing a quick tutorial for upcycling a simple straw tote. I picked one up at Target a couple weeks back, right before baby girl arrived. Believe it or not, in between contractions that seemingly lasted for days, I added a little paint here, a little paint there, until I got a fabulous black, white, and gold tote. We all know how much I love that combo.
Hey everyone. Happy Tuesday and Happy June. I can’t believe we are just about half way done with 2014 already! Better than that, we are about 8 weeks away from Baby K’s arrival. I am still in the midst of a crazy balancing act here at Circus Berry, which explains my long absences. GOD, I miss my humble blog life. Soon, though, I will be back on track and sharing all kinds of goodies.
In the meantime, stop over to Or So She Says today to see a simple Glitter Star Cake Topper I made to help celebrate Little Miss Moira’s big dance recital performance this past weekend. This easy DIY would be perfect for topping your Independence Day treats…just swap out the silver for some patriotic red, white, and blue!
Such an easy way to dress up your dessert. Enjoy!
